SpaceCom develops and manufactures mechanically steerable tracking antennas for satellite communication. The company was founded in 1989 by Peter Nielsen, who is today CEO and owner. SpaceCom is today the world leading manufacturer of mechanically steerable antennas for satellite communication within the L-band frequency. The antennas are used for many different maritime and land vehicular applications and for different satellite systems. The main market is products for the Inmarsat system, but SpaceCom is also the main/only supplier of tracking antennas for the North American Lightsquared and Thuraya (located in Dubai). SpaceComs main production strategy is to manufacture all critical components in-house or at local sub-contractors.

Also one of SpaceComs main strategies is that, everyone takes responsibility of ones work – only in this way we can ensure that our customers get the highest possible quality, which is the main part of SpaceComs well-known reputation within the satellite market.
